Authentic signed,  used limited edition 23 year Pappy Van Winkle Barrel Head with certificate of authenticity and signature by Julian Van Winkle III. This Barrel Head is reinforced for stability, so it can be hung on the wall, and it’s backed with felt so it can rest on a table or ottoman. Comes with a certificate of authenticity from the Van Winkle family. I purchased this in May 2018 from the Van Winkle website. The same year, on April 10, 2018, a bottle of 23 year old Pappy Van Winkle was given to Pope Francis by
Kentucky priest Father Jim Sichko.
